inbound/outbound, yes, but only for mail going externally...
also worth mentioning...ISP is comcast, using SMTP connector to smtp.comcast.net...will verify they didn't block port 25

Inbound *and* outbound is broken?!?!?
1) check and make sure the smtpsvc is running? Telnet to port 25 from inside the LAN to ensure it is responding. I know you said domain emails are working, but maybe it is falling back to x400...
2) Inbound and outbound are usually very separate things in exchange so to have them both failing makes me think it isn't SBS. Check your router. Check with your ISP, did they block traffic on port 25?

Been up and workin' fine for literally 2+ years. All of a sudden, no external email is being received, and outbound mail is queuing.
Internal email to and from other domain users works FINE.
I've searched the KB's as hard as I can for anything like this, but really don't know where to begin. Please HELP!
