Just as a note, any good raid controller driver would write an event log for a degraded RAID. If it ends up being a degraded RAID array and your event logs are clear as you indicated, check with the manufacturer and make sure you have the most up-to-date drivers...

We got a windows 2003 server which start to beep this morning. I checked all
the event log, there is no problem with the,. We used to have the experience,
the ups usb cable drop signal make it beeping. Is there any other reasons for
that? Or does MS have any reference for beeping?

Similar to what Steve said, the last time I had a beeping Windows 2003 server it was because of a degraded RAID.
