SBS 2003 - Server & Computers not finding each other on the network

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

I am setting up SBS 2003 for a family member and have come up on an
issue where I can not get the server to be seen on the network by the
other computers. I have followed all the instructions from Microsoft
to the letter for the setup. I believe it has something to do with
the
DNS.

Here is the output from my IPCONFIG /ALL:
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>ipconfig /all
