Changed Internet Service and Now Having E-mail Problems

Good morning. Hoping to find some help here. I recently switched over
to Verizon FIOS from Comcast. My SBS server was sending and receiving
e-mail just fine through Comcast. After switching to to FIOS I now am
having problems sending and receiving e-mail. I updated the outgoing
SMTP virtual server to the Verizons server and I updated my records to
point to my new IP address. At the very least I figured I should be
able to receive e-mail. I have made sure that all ports are forwarded
to my SBS box too and tested it using telnet to find that it is indeed
working as I get the correct message upon connection. I have also
updated DNS on the server to point to Verizons DNS servers. I figured
outgoing mail may not be working because it needs a password and
username but I forgot where in the settings on SBS to set that up.
However I am totally clueless as to why I am not receiving e-mail. I
thought updating the IP address (I use www.dyndns.com for IP automatic
updating and record hosting) would at least allow me to receive e-
mail. Am I missing something (probably something silly simple that I
forgot)? Anyone know where in the settings to set up authentication
for SMTP outgoing mail? Any help is greatly appreciated.
