In SBS 2008 there will be no User or Device Cals, just CALs.
However there are Std CALs and Premium CALs
Unless Your Printers are authenicating (user name and password) with the server, they should not require CALs
Typically not everyone in the organization accesses SQL server, so, you purchase STD cals for those who do not access SQL Server (even if they are accessing files are on the second server) and you purchase ONLY Premium CALs for the people who need access to SQL server (it gives them access to everything else)

Hi All,
The list price for SBS2008 Premium is $1899. - And when add 20 users need
$3780. -
1. The CAL is for Users or Devices. If I have 6-network printer (use IP
address connect to server) do I need add 6 CAL for printer?
2. Is same price for upgrade from SBS2003?
3. The system need 2 servers for SBS2008 Premium, the CAL is for both server
or need another CAL for SQL access.
