Hi Adam. You've probably aleady done this, but have you tried rebooting the
server?
Often when I have backup issues a reboot does the trick. Sorry I couldnt be
more help.

These only appear when the small business server backup runs, I'm not useing
any 3rd party software for the backup only SBS2003 Backup.
The second problem is with the Monitoring and reporting feature when i open
the report screen it tells me the page cant be displayed and gives me the
following

Ensure that the MSSQL$SBSMONITORING service is started.
Ensure that the server is not low on memory or disk space.
Restart the server.

Run the Set Up Monitoring Reports and Alerts task in the Server Management
Monitoring and Reporting taskpad.
In the event log the mssql$sbsmonitoring service shows the following error
