SBS 2K3 DHCP Server Pooched?

There was another DHCP server on the network for a couple of days giving out
IP Addresses on a different network to my SBS network. I have since removed
it, but something is now wrong with the SBS DHCP server. Some PCs cannot
contact the DHCP server and even if I give them the correct static addresses
they still cannot ping the SBS server. Other PCs on the same network are
able to release and renew their IP addresses OK. I have restarted the DHCP
service, reconciled the scope, confirmed that there are available addresses,
deleted the leases of the affected PCs, restarted the server. I am unable
to unauthorised the server. I get a "parameter incorrect" error. The event
logs are clean on the SBS server. Can someone please give me a hand with
this?
Cheers,
Bill
