Re: SBS setup fails

Hello Tim,

Thank you for your reply.

It is really appreciated that you sharing your experience here which could
be helpful for other people who meet this kind of issue.

Also,If you have further issue about integrated setup that will require
individual attention to ensure that we are not counter-productive in our
support efforts. A suggestion in this case would be to post these issues
separately so that contributors within this newsgroup who specialize in
certain feature will be able to provide the 'value add' to resolving these
issues.

It is important to us that we provide you with the best support possible
and by breaking down these issues separately we will be able to address
them appropriately and in a timely manner.

Again thanks for your understanding and patience, it's really nice to work
with you in this case.

Have a great day!

Best regards,

Gary Wang(MSFT)

| Big thanks to Gary for helping me get SBSMONITORING re-installed.
|
| I still had problems running integrated setup. In the end re-running
| setupsbs.exe from CD1 re-ran the wizard correctly, replacing the required
| files in the Microsoft Integration folder.
|
| If you have problems running integrated setup from add/remove programs
try
| using the original installation media.
