Any known reason NOT to install it?

No known reason I can think of. I've declined it for all my servers. And
all my workstations, for that matter. But I'm a hard case. ;)
For servers, though, I honestly can't think of a valid reason to install
it.

In general I try to keep my server clean and install only those
applications
that a server requires. I am running SBS 2003 std with WSUS 3.0SP1. WSUS
request approval to install â??Silverlightâ?? at the server computer and
says it
is â??Needed by this groupâ??. What would be a valid reason to install
Silverlight at the server?
Thanks for sharing your experiences.
