Computer build ok for my server?

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi all! I'm new to servers and wanted some quick advice on my new system. I plan on using the server for 5 computers and want to accomplish these tasks:

1. share files locally
2. allow remote access to files
3. sync Outlook
4. allow remote access to an Access database (probably 2 connections at a time max)

This is the server I was considering at Dell. Adequate? Thanks!
