Re: RWW stopped working after SBS SP1 installed

Just curious...and I don't remember if this was a requirement, but have you tried installing the newer TS Client (version 6) which came out last year on the remote workstation???

I know you're not using the TS Client per se.

I ran into this another situation and it seemed to resolve it.

RWW was working fine until I installed SBS SP1. Now, when trying to connect
to a workstation, the remote user gets the message "The client could not
connect to the remote computer. Remote connections might not be enabled or
the computer might be too busy to accept new connections. It is also
possible that network problems are preventing your connection."

I ran the SBS Best Practices Analyzer, and there were several items
(companyweb, Outlook Mobile access and RWW) which it said should be using
.Net framework version 1.11.4322. So I followed the instructions and reset
them to that version.

Our network setup it Internet -> Cisco Router (AT&T T1 connection) ->
Sonicwall -> LAN. Our Soncwall directs the incoming traffic for RWW and OWA
to our SBS, and it was working before the installation of SP1. I am also
able to connect to client computers internally on the LAN using RWW. It is
the external connections which fail, which leads me to believe it is either
a firewall or ISA issue, however, nothing has changed on our firewall.

I have found several suggestions by google search, but haven't found a fix
yet. Any suggestions? Thanks.
