You are correct. Will I ahve to construct a slipstream with SP1 now to get anywhere?

As I recall, your call-in support person had some slipstreamed CD's he used to get you up and running. If you aren't using that media then this is likely the problem. You now have an older version of the media than what he used. Can you confirm if this is the case?

============
Had major problems with the server last week, so much so that I had to call in a guy to get us back up.
Very slowly going through everything and found that I can't complete a re-installation of the Server Tools.
I click on Ctrl Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Windows Small Business Server 2003 and found that none of the server tools are installed. I choose to install all of them and click OK. Am prompted for Disk 1, and a bit later I am prompted for it again -- a curious note, the path placed in the box is NOT to the CD drive, but to a folder in Microsoft Integration I had renamed "***.old. I use Browse and navigate to my CD drive and it proceeds for a few seconds and then prompts me for Disk 3 -- again I see the odd path to the ****.old folder. I Browse to the CD drive and click OK and immediately get an error stating that the 'disk I inserted has no service packs, and would I please insert a disk that has one. I cancel out of it and it goes back to asking for Disk 3,
And there I'm stopped. I think it mush be a problem in the Registry, but I don't want to make any mistakes in there.
Any ideas out there on what I can/should do?
