Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I don't see why not.

Les, does this apply on a Windows2003 (non-SBS) AD domain network as well?

Regards

Copy and paste these lines into notepad, and save as <yourname>.bat

Watch for line wrap, there are 5 lines, the first ends with the word MANUAL.

w32tm /config /manualpeerlist:"0.pool.ntp.org 1.pool.ntp.org
2.pool.ntp.org",0x8 /syncfromflags:MANUAL

w32tm /config /update

net stop w32time

net start w32time

w32tm /resync /nowait

Run the batch file on your SBS. You can replace the time server list
(between the " and the ") if you like, but you probably don't need to.

Check your event log for successful time sync after you run it.

Is there a way to change the location or server to which SBS 2003 syncs its time.
