Does SBS 2003 SP2 media exist?

I have original SBS media (pre sp1), so when using NTBACKUP I'd have
to install SBS, install SP1, install SP2 then restore the server.
PITA.

1. Does SBS 2003 SP2 media exist?
2. If it did, would a fresh install allow me to go right to NTBACKUP?
(based on docs it seems plausable)

Thanks,
