Is ISA installed?
Is the SBS best practices analyser installed? - if not install and run it and look for NIC advanced features that need to be disabled.
Please post the output of "ipconfig /all" run from a command prompt on the server, and from one workstation.

Last night I updated the NIC driver on Dell server while troubleshooting a
problem with Dell techsupport. Doing so erased all IP addresses on NIC cards.
I Added the correct address on both NICS and reran CEICW.m Since then no one
can connect to the server.
DHCP works , email works, everyone can access the internet thru the server.
If I look in network places (on the server), no computers show up in the
domain including the server.
If I look in network places (on a client computer), all client computer show
up, but the server is missing
On the server, if I search for a client computer by name it finds it ok.
On a client however a search for the server comes up not found
DNS and DHCP look ok!!
