What are they asking for here? Intei Mess Filter-Sender ID quest

Hi,

In the guide they say :

" You can enable Sender ID filtering behind the perimeter of the network. To
do this, you specify the IP addresses of the servers in your internal network
that you want excluded from Sender ID filtering. "

So since I have only one box doing everything, do I put in my external IP
address of the box or the internal address of my box? (Exchange Server 2003
on SBS)

I'm just going thru the docuiment to get IMF turned on and working .

Cheers'
Dave
