RWW was working fine...

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

....but then there was a power failure, the UPS didn't kick in and now RWW
isn't working. When I go to https://www.companyname.com/remote IE says it
cannot open the page. fwiw I tried pinging it - nothing. I also tried
re-running CEICW but this made no difference.

If anyone has any ideas for futher diagnosis I would appreciate it. Thanks!
