You'd be better off doing this on Sharepoint
But they still have to be users on your system

I'm not sure how I should set up a calendar with only the trustee information
on it. I do not have Trustees as users. I was thinking up setting up a user
name trustee and allowing trustees to login to the remote webworkplace and
see calendar information, but I dont want them to have email. I just want
them to have access to a calendar and maybe a trustee intranet site. Is this
the wrong way to go about this? What is a good way to do this?
Thank you
