I did not install "fax service" on fresh SBS install but now I want to use it. How can I install?

When I built my SBS box I elected to NOT install fax services. In
hindsight I think this was a mistake since it has been requested.

First let me ask the question.

If fax service was installed and running on SBS can my users FAX from
Exchange? What has been requested is that when sending an email some
recipients don't have email and do have fax machines. My users would
like to address email and fax users when composing an email and thus
have the fax only users receive this email via their fax machines.
Does the SBS fax service allow this capability?

If it does, Is there a way to go about installing fax services into
an already existing SBS install, and if so, how would I do this.

Thanks,

Roveer
