You do all of this within the ISA Server Management Console. I suggest if
you are unfamiliar with using ISA Server Management that you get someone who
is because you could do some serious damage. Hardly unlikely because it is
pretty simple and straight forward to someone who is familiar with ISA.

It is possible to block it using ISA, however I rather use a dedicated
web filter.
If you have a 486 or newer with 1 GB ram, you can install the open
