Why are you using 2 NIC's if you're doing VPN?
I'm using RRAS - the router is not the endpoint.
Make your life easy, dump the second NIC setup, buy a firewall that
supports it being a VPN end point, and make life happy.
I have never found a valid reason to use a 2 NIC setup or to install ISA
on a non-dedicated server, it's just not proper (ISA on a non-dedicated
server).
