HELP!!! RemoteAccess service is Stop Pending.

Hi All,
I keep getting a "Routing and Remote Access Alert on SERVER" alert on
one of my servers. Microsoft Firewall shuts down, which kills remote
access, email, workstation access, etc. I have to then go onsite and
restart Microsoft Firewall under "Services".
I checked the event logs and it reports the following:
Event Type: Error
Event Source: Microsoft ISA Server Web Proxy
Event Category: Log
Event ID: 8
Date: 4/21/2008
Time: 4:14:55 AM
User: N/A
Computer: SERVER
Description:
The ISA Server Web filter failed to log information to MSDE Database
ISALOG_20080421_WEB_000 in path C:\Program Files\Microsoft ISA Server
\ISALogs. The MSDE Error description is: Unspecified error
. The problem may be resolved by restarting the MSSQL$MSFW service.

The Firewall service was stopped gracefully.

Does anyone have any ideas for a fix? Not sure whats happening here.
