How synch desktop time with domain controller (SBS)

HI.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a policy to that would force all the
desktop times to synch with my DC synchs with external server on the web.
If it's not possible, does any one know of a way to synch the desktops
without having to go in the registry of every worstation.
