Hello Niklas,
Thank you for your update. I appreciate your time on this issue.
I'm glad to hear that things are working correctly for you now.
Issue:
=============
unable to access RWW only with Administrator account and get event error 0
about SBS.RWW
Cause:
=============
Corrupted administrator user profile on SBS
Resolutions:
=============
Recreate a new profile for administrator on SBS:
a. Logon the SBS with another domain admin account, but not built-in
administrator.
b. Right-click My Computer , and then click Properties .
c. On the Advanced tab, click Settings under User Profiles pane, click the
administrator profile, and then click Copy To .
d. In the Copy profile to box, click Browse , and then browse to the
folder to backup the user profiles.
f. Then, click Delete button to delete the administrator profile.
g. Then, logoff. Try to logon administrator account on SBS. The
administrator profile will recreate.
Please do not hesitate to post in SBS newsgroup if you need any assistance
in the future. I look forward to working with you again.
Thank you and have a nice day,
Best regards,
Terence Liu(MSFT)
