Raises the question of why one would use THE (presumably) domain
administrators account to send email?
Particularly if the user accounts work.
Have you spoken with the administrator of the recipient to see what they are
blocking and why?

I'm getting the following NDR from an SBS 2003 r2 server from only one
account. Other mail accounts can send to the same email address with out
issue. Here's the NDR I have replaced the domain names with XXXXs.
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
sales@xxxxxxxxxx on 4/16/2008 6:01 AM
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server.
Please contact your system administrator.
<XXXXXXXX.org #5.5.0 smtp;550 you are not allowed to send mail to
sales@xxxxxxxxxxx>
This happens to be sending from the Administrator account. I've
successfully sent emails to the same email address from other accounts on
the exchange server.
Thanks!
Laura
