NDR in SBS 2003

I'm getting the following NDR from an SBS 2003 r2 server from only one
account. Other mail accounts can send to the same email address with out
issue. Here's the NDR I have replaced the domain names with XXXXs.

Subject: Server Performance Report - SERVER
Sent: 4/16/2008 6:01 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

sales@xxxxxxxxxx on 4/16/2008 6:01 AM
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server.
Please contact your system administrator.
<XXXXXXXX.org #5.5.0 smtp;550 you are not allowed to send mail to
sales@xxxxxxxxxxx>

This happens to be sending from the Administrator account. I've successfully
sent emails to the same email address from other accounts on the exchange
server.
