General SBS/Exchange Questions

I have a few general questions about administering the SBS LAN.

1. Is there a way to actually see the status of the LAN as far as what
computers are up and running, which users are logged on, is anyone
connected remotely using RWW, OWA, or VPN? (It would be nice to be
able to look at that in the case that you need to restart the server
for some reason)

2. I know I have seen it on enterprise level networks, is there a way
with SBS to send out a message to display on users desktops that are
logged on say for example warning them of a system restart?

Exchange Questions

1. How would set up a "global" contact list that users can access and
then select which of those to put in there personal outlook contact
list? An example would be our customer database has over 700
contacts which all don't need to be in everybody's contact list.

2. Can I assign multiple email addresses to a user? That way if any
generic addressed email is sent to the company email address it can go
to a specific person? Examples mail addressed to
accounting@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or billing@xxxxxxxxxxxxx goes to
user1@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
.
