For community reference:
The Suggestion #1 and #2 from Terence Liu didn't solve my case. I have
emailed screenshots (they are still the same) and the requested .cab file
directly to him.
I will stand by for a reply until they have investigated the reports I have
sent.

Hello Niklas,.
Thank you for posting here.
According to your description, I understand that you unable to access RWW
only with Administrator account and get event error 0 about SBS.RWW. If I
have misunderstood the problem, please don't hesitate to let me know.
I think the .NET is separate issue, you can follow Steve's suggestion or
create a new post to get help. I will work on the RWW issue with you here.
Based on my research, I suggest we try the following steps to see if we can
resolve this issue:
Suggestion 1:
1. Please open the Default Domain Controllers Policy on SBS: Server
Management \ Advanced Management \ Group Policy Management \ Forest \
Domains \ SBSdomain.local \ Domain Controllers
2. Right click Default Domain Controllers Policy, select Edit
3. Extend to computer configuration \ windows settings \ security settings
\ system services
4. Is the "Terminal Services" enabled and configured to set the service to
automatic startup type? If yes, please perform the following steps:
A. Open the properties of Terminal Services, click Edit Security button,
add Administrators group to the list and give it Full Control permissions,
click OK twice. Run "gpupdate /force" command on SBS.
B. Open the properties of Terminal Services, uncheck "Define this policy
setting". Click OK. Run "gpupdate /force" command on SBS.
Then, test this issue. If the issue persists, please try the following
suggestion.
Suggestion 2:
1. Export the whole
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\TermService registry
keys from a working SBS, and import to your problematic SBS.
2. Restart SBS.
If we cannot resolve the issue after we perform the above steps, please
help me collect some information for further investigation:
1. Please capture screenshots on the error messages when you access RWW and
send the pictures to me at v-terliu@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
2. Gather MPS network report on SBS:
a. Download MPSrepot_network from
http://download.microsoft.com/download/b/b/1/bb139fcb-4aac-4fe5-a579-30b0bd9
15706/MPSRPT_NETWORK.EXE
b. Run MPSRPT_NETWORK.exe.
c. The tool will automatically collect the information. This procedure will
take 10~15 minutes.
d. Open Windows Explorer, navigate to the folder:
%SystemRoot%\MPSReports\Network\Reports\Cab\
e. Send the .cab file directly to me at v-terliu@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
I hope these steps will give you some help.
Thanks and have a nice day!
Best regards,
Terence Liu(MSFT)

| My system is Windows SBS R2 Premium with ISA 2004 with all updates and
| service packs. I don't know where to check the current service pack level
for
| Exchange. Maybe you can point me to some program that can output all the
data
| that you need?
|
| I have Serice Pack 3 installed for ISA 2004.
| For Exchange I dont know.
| The SBS OS is running Service Pack 2.
|
| About the SQL; I haven't done or setup anything about the builtin SQL
server
| unless some guide has created any databases for me.
|
| The problem with RWW started to occur after I had setup "Update Services"
| using the guide. I left it running for about 5 hours showing a percentage
on
| how much it had completed. It seems like (In Add & Remove Programs) that
it
| installed at least two updates for the server OS it self.
|
| 5 days afterwards:
|
| This article describes my problem so I followed it and found a link to
| another article which describes how to fix .Net Framework.
|
| http://www.itproffs.se/forumv2/printable.aspx?m=121405
|
| I read the article that .Net Framework could create problems for ASP.NET
and
| Remote Web Workplace if Windows Update had installed .Net Framework 2.0.
| So I followed the article which described a step-by-step sollution for
how
| to repair .Net Framework back to v1.1.
|
| This is the guide that I followed:
|
| After I have restarted the system (today) I noticed errors inside of
Server
| Management. The error says:
|
| C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\mscorwks.dll could not be
| loaded.
|
| Anyhow, the reason that I followed the guide is because I couldn't login
to
| RWW using any computer. I can login with any other user than the default
| administrator account.
|
| The error that shows in the Event Viewer is:
|
| Type: Error
| Event ID: 0
| Source: SBS.RWW
|
| The following fatal error occurred in the Remote Web Workplace
application:
| URL: https://subdomain.xyz.net/Remote/admin.aspx
| Error Message: Input string was not in a correct
format.
| Stack Trace: at System.Number.ParseDouble(String s,
| NumberStyles style,
| NumberFormatInfo info)

| provider)
| at System.Convert.ToDouble(String value, IFormatProvider provider)

| at System.Web.UI.Control.OnLoad(EventArgs e)
| at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive()
| at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain()
|
| For more information, see Help and Support Center at
| http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.
|
| The error I get in Internet Explorer after trying to login as
Administrator
| is:
|
| "The page cannot be displayed
|
| A problem has occurred with the Remote Web Workplace. Close this browser
| window, and then log on again. If this problem continues, contact the
person
| responsible for your network."
|
| I'm greatful for your help.
|
| Best Regards
| Niklas
