Thank you for posting here.
According to your description, I understand that you unable to access RWW
only with Administrator account and get event error 0 about SBS.RWW. If I
have misunderstood the problem, please don't hesitate to let me know.
I think the .NET is separate issue, you can follow Steve's suggestion or
create a new post to get help. I will work on the RWW issue with you here.
Based on my research, I suggest we try the following steps to see if we can
resolve this issue:
Suggestion 1:
1. Please open the Default Domain Controllers Policy on SBS: Server
Management \ Advanced Management \ Group Policy Management \ Forest \
Domains \ SBSdomain.local \ Domain Controllers
2. Right click Default Domain Controllers Policy, select Edit
3. Extend to computer configuration \ windows settings \ security settings
\ system services
4. Is the "Terminal Services" enabled and configured to set the service to
automatic startup type? If yes, please perform the following steps:
A. Open the properties of Terminal Services, click Edit Security button,
add Administrators group to the list and give it Full Control permissions,
click OK twice. Run "gpupdate /force" command on SBS.
B. Open the properties of Terminal Services, uncheck "Define this policy
setting". Click OK. Run "gpupdate /force" command on SBS.
Then, test this issue. If the issue persists, please try the following
suggestion.
Suggestion 2:
1. Export the whole
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\TermService registry
keys from a working SBS, and import to your problematic SBS.
2. Restart SBS.
If we cannot resolve the issue after we perform the above steps, please
help me collect some information for further investigation:
1. Please capture screenshots on the error messages when you access RWW and
send the pictures to me at v-terliu@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
2. Gather MPS network report on SBS:
a. Download MPSrepot_network from
http://download.microsoft.com/download/b/b/1/bb139fcb-4aac-4fe5-a579-30b0bd9
15706/MPSRPT_NETWORK.EXE
b. Run MPSRPT_NETWORK.exe.
c. The tool will automatically collect the information. This procedure will
take 10~15 minutes.
d. Open Windows Explorer, navigate to the folder:
%SystemRoot%\MPSReports\Network\Reports\Cab\
e. Send the .cab file directly to me at v-terliu@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
