Niklas,
If you have previously installed VMWare Server, for example, this will
cause the ASP.NET to be removed from the IIS properties dialog boxes.
You can put it back as follows:
1. Close IIS Manager, if it is open. If you are viewing it through
Server Management, close Server Management.
2. Open a command prompt.
3. Run the following two commands, exactly as shown:
cd %systemdrive%\Inetpub\AdminScripts
cscript.exe adsutil.vbs set W3SVC/AppPools/Enable32BitAppOnWin64 0
When you re-open IIS Manager (as Henrik described, through Server
Management). You should see the ASP.NET tab when you view the
properties of a web site of one of its directories. Using the ASP.NET
tab, set the Default Web Site to use .NET version 1.1.4322. Now access
the properties for each of these directories within the Default Web
site, making sure each one is also set to use .NET 1.1.4322:
Backup
CertSrv
Monitoring
Remote
UpdateServices
Once done, I recommend you run iisreset in a command prompt, and then
try RWW, OWA, etc. again

Steve.
