Exchange - Mailbox errors???

Hi
I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction please
We have an SBS 2003 SP2 with 3.0Ghz CPU, 1GB RAM. There are only 4 users
connected to this server so nothing fancy. They came to me yesterday
advising that they always need to restart "information store" as the system
runs slow & this helps "speed" things up
I have increased the memory in the server from 1GB to 4GB hoping that this
was the cause but i am still finding the errors in the logs as below shows
I had a little look today & found over 2000 entries of the following
Event Type: Error
Event Source: MSExchangeIS Mailbox Store
Event Category: MTA Connections
Event ID: 2007
Date: 04/04/2008
Time: 10:29:10
User: N/A
Computer: SRVR01
Description:
mt_open returned error 0x15 on database First Storage Group\Mailbox Store
(SRVR01)

I checked the queue & there is nothing in the queue though I did ask had
anyone sent out any large mails to multiple recipients & he had, to about
300 emails addresses in fact.
Can anyone advise if this is the cause or could the exchange mailbox be
corrupt in some way though everyone can still access their mailboxes
If anyone could point me in the right direction then this would be
appreciated
Paul
