ONE website doesn't work...

I have a strange problem with just one website.

The site is:
http://www.rtbslive.com

On an SBS 2003 Premium R2 install (everything installed and fully
patched/updated), it exhibits some odd behaviour.

It will load, but then fail, and then not load again for (what seems to
be about, yet to properly confirm) 24 hours.

On an almost identical network, it works fine.

It doesn't *seem* to be ISA (but I suspect it might be).

I have monitored a wk.station trying to get through on ISA (live
monitoring), and there are no errors that look as if ISA has blocked it
(the only error is...

Which just looks (to me anyway) like the site ain't there. But it is.

I can't ping it either.

I've just tested the site from another PC that uses the same ISP and
type of connection (cable) - and it's working.

The only other thing I can think of is the W.modem (it's a wireless
modem) - or possibly a faulty cable modem (but I doubt that's it).

I've added the site to ISA's allowed sites list.

It seems strange that it works the next day, for the initial page only,
then "blocks" it out for another day.

Can anyone suggest further monitoring or other tools I could use, or
things I can try - to try and work out what's causing it?
