Error Loading MAPI Library

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I have just moved from XP to SBS 2003. My accounting software is Quickbooks
Premier and my email software is Thuderbird 2.0

I used to be able to email reports from Quickbooks, but now when I try to do
it I get the following error message:

"There was an error in loading your MAPI library. Your form will not be
emailed"

I have not been able to find anything about this error when searching
Quickbooks or Thunderbird. Could it be SBS related?
