Phantom printer is logging printing errors in event log

I am receiving event log errors similar to this: "The server failed to complete 4506.000000. print jobs."
I have checked all printers in Print Manager and none show to have any print jobs. I have restarted the print spooler and even restarted the server.

Thanks,
Bob
