I'm glad you find the root cause of this issue.
Vista is a new product, and some antivirus software do not work fine on it.
Or you need to upgrade the antivirus software to latest version. For how to
configure the Kaspersky to exclude fax and the performance issue, I suggest
you contact the Kaspersky support for further assistance.

| After installing Vista Business on a Laptop, joined it to the domain and
