RIM supplies a 15-user limit BES for free and it comes with one license. It installs fine on an SBS 2003 server and I have done two installs so far.

Okay, looks like the BB Desktop software will only synchorize when connected via USB/Bluetooth. So instant email will still need to be forwarded. Wasn't there some kind of BB personal BES server for demo or for single user? I might be able to give that a try?
Thanks again.

My boss got a Blackberry while everyone else has WMP5, gotta be different! Anyway, if my boss leaves his desktop on all the time with Outlook opens, does it mean with the BB desktop software, it can synchorize the Blackberry over the data network just like if I had installed BSE server?
I can do forwarding but I'm sure he won't like that.
I don't have any exposures with BB so I'm not sure exactly how to set it up properly. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
