Event Viewer Errors

I am getting these 2 errors, one of them is every 5 minutes:

Connection to database failed. Reason=SQL Server does not exist or access denied.. Connection string: Data
Source=NEPTUNE\WSUS;Initial Catalog=SUSDB;Connection Timeout=60;Application Name=WSUS SQL
Connection;Trusted_Connection=Yes;Pooling='true'; Max Pool Size = 100



A fatal error occurred either while synchronizing the Update Services computer groups with Group Policy or while moving the
Unassigned Computers group. To see a detailed log, create a file called SyncSecurity.Log in %SBSProgramDir%\Support, and then
run SyncSecurity.exe again. The error returned was: SQL Server does not exist or access denied.


Any ideas on how to fix???
