Share permissions at the server? What do you have on the security
tab?
On a share I am looking at Everyone has only the Print box checked.
Print Operators has 3 boxes checked. CREATOR OWNER has Manage
Documents checked. Administrator has 3 boxes checked. That means an
authenticated user should be able to print to the printer and mange
his or her documents only. If the user is elevated he or she can do
more.

I'm having some issues with my LinkSYS PSUS4 Print Sever and HP ColorSee what SBS support is working on

It's been configured and the setup does work, however I recently updated the
drivers and it didn't have the desired effect. So I removed it from the
Server Management panel and tried re-adding it again through the Add Printer
Wizard.
I went through the Add Printer Wizard for 'Local printer attached..' and
selected the port name I set the LinkSYS Print Sever to. The wizard adds it
without issue
Now if I log on to a machine on the domain as Domain Admin, I can see the
printer in the list but I can't use it!?!
If I log on to SBS box as the admin I can see the printer and I can select
and print to it.
I've run a Trace Route and PING and both are successful.
But I'm totally confused, I must be missing something or is something not
configured correctly with the users?
