Ok so its been a couple of months fighting with this.
Here is where Im at
I am running a fully patched SBS R2 Premium with ISA server and W2K3
SP2 on a Dell PE 1900 with a 2 nic setup.
I had broadcom netcards and have just replaced them with a dual intel
nic.
Since replacing the broadcom cards (followed all the standard steps to
try to get them working but no luck), everything is working except
remote access from a single client site. Ive run the CEICW wizard
many times and have checked out the SBS BP and ISA BP tools with no
glarring issues.
From this one remote client site access to any https page on the SBSserver fails. This means no VPN, no RWW, no OWA and no Outlook over
https. They can however RDP direct to the server no problem and can
access many other https sites including other SBS installs.
I know this is somehow related to either my ISA configuration or the
isp they are using but dont know how to sort out what the problem is.
I need some advice on tools I should use to troubleshoot the problem.
Ive got wireshark installed on both the server and client but am not
super clear at what I am looking for.
Any thoughts on how to fix this up would be greatly aprreciated yet
again.
