I think, as Lanwench suggested...the better option is a std Windows Server with site to site vpn and the remote server as a DC, GC, etc.
You can still do OWA, but I wouldn't do this with two SBS servers, especially if they every change their mind about file sharing...

They are going to be sharing the same e-mail domain.
The offices are located 40 miles away from each other and do not share
client information. My intention was to point the Outlook client in the
reception (OWA or Outlook over the Internet) to the original location,
since only one person in the facility uses e-mail.
