In addition to what Jim wrote.
You have to install Windows Server SP1 (You already have It) before
installing Windows Server SP2 according to posts I recently read on the
internet.
Do you have Windows Server SP1 or SBS2003 SP1?
Pls install and run SBS BPA to get the results of your system needs.

Start to plan for installing SBS SP1 with the link below.

If you have both service pack 1 for Windows and SBS, then you can install
Windows Server SP2.
SBS BPA says that Windows SP1 and Exchange SP2 is already installed. If I
understand you correctly, now I can install Windows 2003 SP2... Is it all or
does exist any other Service Pack for SBS (I'm not using SQL).?
Thnx.
