Win200 srv with all FSMO roles ...

Hi all,

I need to doublecheck, I have never had this problem myself.....

A user from a local usergroup writes that he has a SBS2003 with an
additional DC (Win200 srv) were the Win2000 srv holds all FSMO roles?
I have written back and asked him to doublecheck this but my question Is (I
havent seen the effects mys self IRL) what are the "hands on" effects If you
do transfer the roles?
