Routing incoming emails in Exchange

Hi,
We used to a have a single computer that retrieved e-mail from our ISP. We
recently switched over to Exchange 2003 to allow everyone access to their own
e-mails at their workstations. We (unfortunately) chose to use the POP3
Connection Manager which has decided to screw iteself up with regards to
routing rules - no longer allowing us to edit them and also now bouncing
certaind email addresses.
I'm investigating switching over to using Turn After Authentication to
retrieve e-mails from our ISP. The problem I now have is that our original
e-mail system allowed us to be sloppy with our e-mail addressing - anything
addressed to our domain would come through.
Each user now has their own e-mail address which is fine but our customers
also have a load of other addresses that don't directly map to our mailboxes
and so e-mail bounces. Is there anyway we can catch all this other mail and
route it to a specific mailbox or, even better, specify individual mailboxes
where mail with specific addresses should be sent?
Cheers,
Kevin
.
