SBS2003 STD Crashes Every Night at 12:03AM

This has been happening 3 nights in a row, always at the same time. I have
all of the latest service packs and patches intalled... There are no other
log entries directly before the crash. This entry was generated in the
morning as i logged in after the crash... Any Advice?
