RE: RWW not accessible over web

Terence,

I re-did process.First time I got a message that the UPnP router (D-Link
DIR-130)could not be configured. I clicked OK and re-ran to successful
comclusion with manual configuration.

I can get internal and external access now. I did find out one issue. Under
ISA I cannot ping out to the internet. I use ping www.yahoo.com to verify
external access and it is now blocked (execept on the server).

I have one client issue. On my laptop, I cannot get images to download in
outlook client of exchange server. I checked that download images was OK.
However, on another PC with the same outlook account, I get downloaded
images. I also tried from another (wife's) PC in her account and the images
download OK.

Any idea why this one laptop with ISA firewall on will not download images
even though the Options panel says it is OK?

Thanks for sticking with me on this.

Hello John,

Thank you for your update.

You can install the ISA firewall client on the laptop. When you move out of
office, the ISA firewall client unable to detect ISA server, it will not
work. You do not need to disable or uninstall it. However, if you set the
IE proxy on client side, you need to change the settings back manually when
you move out of office.

I hope that will give you some help.

Thanks and have a nice day!

Best regards,
