Companyweb is not using .Net Framework 1.1.4322 (Sharepoint?)

We have SBSR2 running along very nicely. 30 users and we make good use
of almost all the features except sharepoint. Started with 4.5 -->
upgraded to SBS2K and then a SWING Migartion to SBS2K3R2 8 months
ago.
I just started looking at the sharepoint stuff and discovered that it
must not be configured correctly since I can't open or check-out
things uploade to the doc library, As a start I ran ran SBS Best
Practice Analyzer and it returned Companyweb is not using .Net
Framework 1.1.4322 notice although it loads and lokos fine.
ASP settings
Default Web Site 1.1x
Microsoft SharePoint Administration 1.1x
WSUS Administration 1.1x
companyweb 2.0x
OfficeScan 1.1x
SMEX Web Site 1.1x
SharePoint Central Administration 1.1x
WPAD 1.1x
I tryed to change companyweb to 1.1x after the change there several
W3SVS Event errors [Failed while restarting W3SVC. Error code:
0x8007041dit wouldn't load] - etc etc. Moved it back and (on the
surface) it's a;; good. We use OWA, RWW etc with no (known) issues.
I'd like to work to get the sharepooint stuff functional, any
suggestions were to start would be appreciated.
