Proxy authentication problem

Hi

sbs 2003 premium with ISA Server 2000. When I try http://loclahost in the
internet explorer I get the sbs web site, however when I try the server ip
http://192.168.16.2 I get a login box with MyDomain\Administrator already
filled in. When I enter administrator password it still does not work and
cancelling the box gives me the below errors in Intent Explorer;

HTTP 407 Proxy Authentication Required - The ISA Server requires
authorization to fulfill the request. Access to the Web Proxy service is
denied. (12209)

What is the problem and how can I fix it? I installed Trend CSMS for SMB
which I have temporarily uninstalled to fix this problem and just wondering
if installing Trend caused this problem.
