Yes, install FSRM.

Thanx again. Yes, I have R2 standard and I just cracked open the Admin Guide
I have read quite a while ago that I cannot remember a lot even though I have
setup the SBS 2003 R2 for other clients without this issue. I am trying to
install File Server Resource Manager (FSRM) which is supposed to be used for
FOlder quotas and other things. I don't remember ever using FSRM in the past
and never had this issue. Is this what you are referring to?
Thanx.

Like I said, if you have SBS R2 then you can be more granular in the quota
settings. Without R2, quotas are applied to the drive only. Otherwise, you
can increase the quota, or disable the quota for one or all users.
Blue text generally indicates hidden and/or system files.
