Thanx for the response. So, how then can one remove the quota from applying
to the whole disk or partition? I also noticed that when I look in My
Computer the the D: and E: text and stuff look blue instead of blask liek the
C: , what might this indicate?

the File System Resource Manager, which works differently - quotas can be
applied right down to the *folder* and *file type* level.

Can It have anything to do with ownership of files?

If a file has a different owner then the user that stores the file the
limit applies on the owner of the file In that particular file.

Im not sure here but I also think that this quota limit not only applies
to the share, It applies on that whole disk that has quota enabled.

Check their usage and disk quotas (right-click the disk,
properties,
Quota tab, click Quota Entries near the bottom to see all usage -
you can
double click the user to change their personal limit)
