Local to Roaming Profile Issue

I'm trying to change some Local Win XP Pro - SBS03 Prem. Domain - Profiles from their original Local Status to Roaming because of a seeming Musical Computer game being played. Driving me nuts!
Upon going to the workstation and logging in as my Administrative User account (not the one trying to be moved), a few of them don't give me the option to "move to" or even "delete". Those options are ghosted out - but only on a few profiles. Some moved quite happily.
Why can I not copy, move, or convert these profiles to roaming?
